Phototech specializes in image editing. Whether it be a mole that needs to be removed, complete "digital plastic surgery," or removing objects or people from images, we can handle it all. Each image requires a custom quote; our minimum charge is $15, however the average editing order is around $40. (This does not include restorations.) Extensive editing can exceed $100. Below, you will find a few examples of what we are able to do.

Phototech specializes in photo restorations, performing over 150 per year. When it comes to true restorations, you definitely get what you pay for! Our experts professionaly scan your image, perform detailed restorative work, and then reproduce a new print on REAL PHOTOGRAPHIC paper, NOT ink-jet or dys sublimation paper. All restoration work is done in-house, and your original print never leaves the store. We also offer the option of not leaving the print with us for the entire duration of the project; this requires full pre-payment. Full restorations can range between $40 - $200, with an average price of $65. Additional copies of the finished print are priced as regular reprints.

Phototech is prepared to accomodate most types of scanning requests, including large format negatives and transparencies up to 8.5x11. We are able to scan original images up to 13x19. We provide services to several local publications, including economical prepress scanning and color correction. Please call us regarding prepress image preparation pricing.
